Nose - Honey Smacks cereal, pear, Granny Smith apple
Palate - Fruit carries through, Cherry Pop Tart, vanilla & honey, slight oak
Finish - tingly butterscotch, more oak notes

Nose - The nose smacks of Honey Smacks cereal drizzled in rich caramel and baked cherries.
Palate - The caramel and toasted oats notes carry through on the palate, along with tobacco, sweet leather, brown sugar and apricot. A few drops of water will bring out the fruit notes as well.
Finish - The finish lingers with warming black pepper in the month but not too much of a Kentucky hug down the pipes.

Nose - The nose gives major cinnamon and sugar oatmeal notes, along with a warm vanilla.
Palate - The palate is viscous and voluptuous with wonderful hints of baking spices, sweet caramel and titillating tastes of green apple and pear.
Finish - The finish is lingering and sweet to the last drop — and it begs you to go in for another taste.

Nose - The nose has an overwhelming scent of Cinnabon frosting and cherry pie filling.
Palate - That cherry note continues through to the palate, along with a punch of black pepper, nutmeg and even some tobacco from the oak.
Finish - The finish is short and sweet, and it tingles like Pop Rocks long after you swallow.

Nose - Werther’s Original candy and a hint of butterscotch dominate the nose, begging you to go in for a sip.
Palate - Butterscotch carries through to the palate, along with rich toffee and milk chocolate notes. This bourbon tastes like a liquid Heath Bar with a pinch of oak and nutmeg.
Finish - The finish is warm and cuddly, flirting with notes of warm vanilla and brown sugar.
SINGLE BARREL NO. 10
120.6 PROOF I 60.3% ALC/VOL
Nose - Sexy notes of bright fruit and caramel apple command the nose, along with an innuendo of buttered popcorn.
Palate - On the palate is a voluptuous candied red apple that will lure you in, and you’ll soon be rewarded with a medley of marshmallow cream, dark chocolate and rich caramel. The oak is present as well, but it’s not overbearing.
Finish - The finish is warm and familiar, like Grandma’s cinnamon and sugar toast.
